Frequently Asked Questions
CORE Continuum sessions are a part of the initial six month core program. These are your check-in appointments to manage your progress in the first six months of your treatment. If you wish to continue checking in with our team, then the CORE Beyond program allows you to do so after completing the initial program.
The CORE Weight Management Program is a six month weight management program designed to support safe medication dosing, side effect monitoring, metabolic optimization, muscle preservation, nutrition guidance, and behavioural support. Enrollment reflects a commitment to participate in structured follow-up care over a six month period. The program fee is billed monthly for six (6) consecutive months and a valid credit card must be kept on file for the duration of the program. Billing continues regardless of appointment attendance, medication pauses, or scheduling gaps Payment secures access to program services during the enrollment period.
Individual appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge; however, the CORE Weight Management Program is a 6-month commitment billed monthly to the credit card on file. Monthly payments continue regardless of appointment attendance. We ask for at least 24 hours notice as a professional courtesy and to allow other clients access the appointment time.
Monthly payments provide access to CORE follow-up appointment (No minimum or maximum visits required) and ongoing clinical monitoring and medication dosage support. Throughout the period you also gain access to unlimited flexible secure messaging with the team during business hours.
Monthly fees are not determined by the number of appointments attended. The cost of medications is not included in the monthly fees.
Following your initial CORE Foundation visit, if you decide not to proceed with the program, you may withdraw at that time and will be billed for one (1) month only. Written confirmation of your decision not to continue is required to complete this withdrawal. If you choose to move forward after your initial visit, you are committing to the full 6-month CORE Continuum Program and monthly billing will continue for six (6) consecutive months.
The cost of medication is not included in the program fee. However, the medications are often covered by private insurance plans. There are also programs which we can access to help reduce the cost for you if you do not have coverage and are paying out of pocket.
It is possible that you can join the Core Beyond Program directly if you are well established on a GLP medication. Feel free to contact us through email so we can check in to see if you would be a good fit.
